Established Team

Our products define us

Our products define us, so we are very selective regarding who we wish to represent.

In choosing our products we look for quality, personality, reliability, and an excellent price/quality ratio. Here are some of our main suppliers:

MOLINI BONGIOVANNI S.P.A.
www.bongiovannitorino.it

Molini is our supplier of flour.

A good and uniform quality flour is of course the bedrock of a good pizza.

We are proud to represent Bongiovanni, a highly regarded producer from just outside Turin in Piemonte, northern Italy.

Their product line specifically for pizzas is broad and offers multiple routes to pizza JOY!

SCIANCA SALUMI
www.scianca.it

Scianca is our supplier of charcuteries (cold cuts).

Run by the Scianca family now in its third generation. Where the area of Parma is world famous for its sophisticated creamy hams, Umbria is often considered the heartland of the rustic Italian charcuteries Italians love so much (fun fact: in Italian one of the words for “charcuteries” is “Norcineria”, derived from the city of Norcia, Umbria).

It is Scianca that produces our salame, pepperoni, pancetta, guanciale, salsiccia and many other delicacies that bring a level of flavour and authenticity to your pizzas and antipasti plates, a level that is simply unattainable without charcuteries of this fine rustic quality.

OLIO COPPINI
www.coppini.com

Olio Coppini is our supplier of olive oil.

Since 1955 the Coppini family has been producing fine olive oils in green Umbria.

MURÒLA
www.murola.it

Muròla is our supplier of vines.

Muròla is a vineyard in a corner of Italy still undiscovered by mass tourism: Le Marche.

Located right in the centre of the Italian peninsula and of the region of Le Marche, in between the Sibylline Mountains and the Adriatic Sea, in the land of the Picentes, which borders on two national treasures: a Natural Reserve and an archaeological site.

The name MURÒLA comes from the springs that provided water for the animals, which made the lands that had such springs more precious than others. The Cabrei (historical maps) of the early 18th century already recorded their existence.
